Foremost, seeking out a counselor can be a confusing and challenging step. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you have had various experiences with a mental health clinician throughout your life, know that you are welcome. You deserve a genuine listening ear and individualized treatment.

With a masters in Clinical Mental Health and an undergraduate in Psychology and Sociology, I have worked with a wide-variety of concerns. This includes depression, anxiety, grief, relational conflict, life transitions, and more. While I primarily work from a holistic Acceptance and Commitment lens, I also pull from trauma focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and person-centered approaches. I wholeheartedly believe every person deserves unique services that are tailored to their needs. I often tell my clients that while I may provide clinical expertise, they are the expert on their own lives.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a nonjudgmental and warm atmosphere that allows you to relax and truly be yourself. I love to have genuine relationships with my clients where you feel comfortable to share any emotional experience that is relevant to your life. As the relationship between a therapist and client is so impactful, I desire for everyone to experience growth in therapy, whether that is with me or another provider.
